Job Summary

Own the end to end social and influencer program delivery with direct client contact, cross functional alignment and clear reporting that fuels account growth.

  • Cross functional orchestration: align strategy, creative, production, media, and influencer teams to deliver integrated social programs.
  • Measurement and coaching: compile performance reports and translate numbers into insights while supporting junior teammates and seeking growth opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to social and influencer strategy under senior direction. Help shape presentations, research cultural moments, and populate SOW documents with guidance from the Account Director.
  • Own day-to-day client contact with confidence. Manage status calls, action tracking, and timely responses - escalating to senior leads when challenges arise.
  • Own the day-to-day delivery of influencer campaigns, acting as the link between clients, internal teams, and influencer specialists. Ensure programmes are delivered on time and on budget, manage approvals and stakeholder communication, oversee campaign progress, and work with the influencer team to execute creator selection, contracting, content delivery, and reporting.
  • Work closely with strategy, creative, production, media, and influencer teams to ensure integrated delivery across all social and influencer activity.
  • Manage project trackers, status docs, and reporting. Support forecasting and finance admin (POs, timesheets, reconciliation) with accuracy and on time.
  • Compile performance reports, pulling data from social and influencer platforms. Help translate numbers into clear takeaways for clients and the team.
  • Support junior team members where appropriate and contribute positively to team culture, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Spot opportunities to add value for clients and support senior team members in identifying areas for account growth.
