Job Summary

Own the day-to-day experience and attractions delivery, coordinating campaigns, client needs, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate, on‑time delivery and value for money.

  • Coordinate between interagency and client teams to deliver campaigns that meet briefs, deadlines, and KPIs.
  • Maintain status reports, proof artwork, and traffic workflows to safeguard accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deepen understanding of each client's proposition, goals, audience, and competitors to inform sound media plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient day-to-day running of Experiences & Attractions supporting team members
  • Contribute to excellent client relationships across a portfolio of accounts
  • Ensure efficient and accurate campaign delivery
  • Maintain status reports and other workflow systems
  • Brief in, proof and traffic creative to strict deadlines
  • Support on the delivery of sound, substantiated media plans in response to client briefs
  • Manage client billings
  • Maintain relationships with media owners
  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers and Account Directors
  • Create and maintain status reports
  • Coordinate between teams on complex accounts, ensuring synergy and delivery between interagency and client teams
  • Arrange and schedule team meetings as required
  • Use AKA approved A.I. systems where necessary, to improve efficiency
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of each client’s proposition, business goals and challenges, their competitors, the environment in which they operate and their audiences
  • Assist in driving the wider AKA team to deliver outstanding client service by anticipating, recognising and meeting client needs and providing the best value for money in terms of cost/advice
  • Deputise for Account Manager as required
  • Collaborate with the wider AKA team to ensure the correct delivery of campaigns, supporting the Account Manager and Director on your accounts where relevant
  • Ensure accuracy across all phases of the planning and buying process
  • Brief in and manage artwork creation and delivery via AKA Creative Services
  • Proof all creative and ensure supply to clients and suppliers without mistakes
  • Stay up to date with the most effective and latest routes to market across current UK media channels, particularly in digital media
  • Contribute to or create media plans as directed by Account Manager or Account Director
  • Ensure media campaigns are objectives-driven, and planned using industry tools, previous campaign data and audience insights
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with media reps across all channels
  • Understand key media owners’ propositions and the audiences they can reach
  • Negotiate as required, to deliver best value for our clients
