Role Summary
The Account Director (AD) is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value
clients, acting as Liberty’s primary commercial contact and trusted advisor. The role
combines strategic insight, commercial rigour, and relationship management to
deliver measurable growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
Account Directors set the standard for Liberty’s client partnerships by leading highquality
monthly meetings and QSRs, maintaining accurate commercial forecasting,
identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring every engagement delivers value for
both the client and the agency. They work closely with the Delivery Team to ensure
client objectives, execution, and commercial outcomes are tightly aligned.
