The Napa County Resource Conservation District (Napa RCD) provides environmental expertise to help our community conserve our land, water and habitat. Since 1945, we have been a trusted partner, serving Napa County's diverse population - including agricultural producers, landowners, and community members - by providing the expertise and resources needed for a resilient environment.
