We are the asset management arm of a private conglomerate headquartered in Hong Kong. The firm was incorporated in early 2016 and has grown steadily since then. Our dedicated portfolio was set up with the expressed objectives of capital preservation and long term capital appreciation. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on areas where we can clearly deliver long-term value to our shareholder and maintaining a strong alignment of interest between our shareholder and the team.We invest in global equities and bonds, seeking value wherever we can find it. Our investment approach is bottom-up, and research-intensive. We look for well-run companies with sustainable businesses, offered at reasonable prices. The investment outcome is driven by conviction levels in the companies we invest in and the expected returns derived from current valuations.
