Job Summary

Own day-to-day client servicing and media outreach, turning briefs into campaign-ready content and ensuring timelines hold as you nurture media and creator relationships.

Responsibilities: manage core client contacts, draft press materials and briefs, pitch media, liaise with creators, and contribute to strategy and creative.
Campaign execution: draft social content, plan content calendars, and track coverage, risks and performance.
Relationship muscle: leverage journalist and creator networks while spotting opportunities and maintaining quality across all outputs.

Requirements

Agency experience: 1-2 years in agency (comms and social) is essential for this role
Love the detail: You are organized, consistent, detail-oriented, and dependable - the kind of person who loves a clear timeline, a fully updated spreadsheet and a flawless status report.
