Job Summary

Drive the brand’s social, PR, and influencer engine to build a social-first identity that fuels engagement, consideration, and customer intent, while leading a multidisciplinary team and shaping content strategy.

Social/PR/Influencer Ownership: Own strategy, creative direction, partnerships, and campaign delivery across platforms.
Team & Collaboration: Lead and develop a cross-functional team and manage external agencies to deliver integrated brand moments.
Measurement & Insights: Track campaign performance, audience engagement, and brand impact with close collaboration with digital/insight teams.

Job Description

Own and lead the social media, PR and influencer strategy across all key platforms
Define the long-term creative direction and content architecture for the brand
Build a social-first brand presence that drives consideration, engagement and customer intent
Lead seasonal activations and integrated campaigns alongside wider marketing and content teams
Oversee influencer strategy and execution, including partnerships, negotiations, contracts and campaign delivery
Manage and optimise social, PR and influencer budgets, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
Lead, develop and inspire a multi-disciplinary team across social media, PR and influencer marketing
Create a collaborative and creative environment where innovation and experimentation are encouraged
Develop team capability and champion best practice across the business
Manage external agencies and partners to deliver impactful, ownable campaigns and brand moments
