Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of integrated B2C campaigns across email, paid media, web, content, and events
Execute multi-channel campaigns from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with performance goals
Develop compelling, customer-focused messaging and creative to drive engagement
Create and optimize emails, landing pages, forms, and nurture journeys to improve engagement and conversion across the funnel
Manage and maintain campaign content and assets across digital channels
Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying insights to optimize results and maximize ROI
Support test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Support the promotion of webinars, events, and key marketing initiatives
Contribute ideas and energy to a high-performing marketing team

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in B2C marketing
Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital channels
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to engage audiences and drive conversion
Data-driven mindset with confidence using insights to optimize campaign performance
Commercially focused, with a clear understanding of performance metrics and ROI
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, self-starter with a test-and-learn mindset and continuous improvement approach
Collaborative team player who contributes positively and brings energy and ideas

Preferred

Experience with creative design and video production tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance marketing effectiveness and performance
Experience using email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management systems
Industry knowledge across legal, education, and/or technology sectors
