Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of paid search campaigns across Google, Bing and other platforms (e.g. Apple Search Ads).
Monitor and optimise performance to CPA (cost per acquisition) that reflect CLV (client lifetime value).
Orchestrate and run Geo-experiments to validate incrementality.
Work closely with SEO to develop a holistic approach to Search to maximise click share.
Identify and test growth opportunities to continuously scale new clients acquisition.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and its impact on Search.
Develop and embed AI Agents to automate workflows and reporting.

Requirements

Demonstrable background managing and scaling paid search in fast paced environment
Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics 4, Search Ads 360 and Campaign Manager 360.
Good understanding of click tracking methodologies and how to troubleshoot.
Strong understanding of attribution models.
Strong communication and presentations skills.

Preferred

Additional tools: Funnel.io, Adthena and Squared.io would be advantageous.
