Own fundraising and branding operations with a charity lens, aligning campaigns, donor relationships, and partner PR to drive social impact.

Shape and execute fundraising and branding strategies to build donor pipelines and brand trust.
Lead campaigns with cross-functional partners and budget stewardship to hit annual targets.
Oversee branding and communications to key stakeholders and supporters, including corporate partners and trusts.

Proficiency in budget management and strategic planning
Passion for social impact initiatives and experience working within the charity or non-profit sector
A degree or equivalent professional experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience in building relationships with corporate partners, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals is a plus

The Clink Charity

The Clink Charity reduces reoffending by training serving prisoners towards gaining their accredited City & Guilds qualifications in Food & Beverage Service, Professional Cookery, Horticulture and Barista Skills.This is done is partnership with Her Majesty's Prison & Probation Service in four training restaurants at HMP Brixton, HMP Cardiff, HMP High Down and HMP Styal, three Clink Gardens at HMP Send, HMP Styal and HMP High Down and one events catering business based at HMP Downview. In April 2021, we launched the Clink Kitchens training projects and aim to be operational in 24 prisons by the end of the year.
