Job Description

Responsibilities

Developing and delivering our communications and marketing strategy.
Creating engaging content across social media, website, email and digital platforms.
Producing graphics, photography and short-form video content.
Building relationships with local media, partners and stakeholders.
Planning campaigns that increase awareness, engagement and support.
Managing and developing the CLI website.
Protecting and strengthening our brand identity and tone of voice.
Using data and insight to continually improve communications.
Supporting events, recruitment campaigns and organisational growth.
Exploring new technologies and AI tools to improve how we communicate.

Requirements

You'll be a confident communicator with excellent writing skills and a passion for creating meaningful content.
You may have experience in communications, marketing, PR, digital media or brand management, and you'll be comfortable working independently while collaborating with colleagues across the organisation.
You'll also bring:
Experience delivering successful communications or marketing campaigns.
Strong digital content creation skills, including Canva and social media.
Experience creating or editing video content.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Creativity, initiative and a solutions-focused mindset.
The ability to turn ideas into engaging campaigns with measurable impact.
A passion for using communications to make a positive difference.

Pioneered by people with lived experience, the CLI approach provides person centred support and group services across England to people who want to move away from socially excluding behaviour, for example offending and substance misuse.
