Job Summary

Coordinate launches and marketing support across hub and local teams, ensuring on-time execution and timely asset deployment.

Own cross‑functional project coordination for new product launches
Drive timely release of assets, trainings and market-facing materials

Job Description

Responsibilities

Working in close collaboration with the hub brand teams, local cross-functional team and divisional team.
Tracking and ensuring essential steps are completed on time for new product launches, monitoring and resolving issues to ensure execution excellence.
Support the product artwork development and approval process with timely release.
Assist the deployment of assets (including e-commerce product content) in a timely manner ahead of launch.
Updating local manuals where processes/tools have evolved, arranging training sessions with the local Marketing team.
Coordinate with the marketing team for team event planning, NPD show-case; engagement tools and samples.
Management of marketing team administration support, purchasing items, corporate credit card spend reconciliation.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent with a passion for brands and marketing.
Experience in marketing and in FMCG companies would be preferable but not essential.
English fluency is mandated, other European languages would be a plus.
