Job Summary

Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Executive – Websites supports the day to day running of Live Nation concert and festival websites as well as apps.
Working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager – Websites and wider Website Team to maintain and develop our websites including livenation.co.uk, downloadfestival.co.uk plus the Download Festival app.
You will also line manage the Digital Marketing Assistant – Websites.
The role includes but is not limited to the below:
Proofing details of event builds in our CMS, for sites including www.livenation.co.uk, www.metropolismusic.com and other promoter websites
Quality assurance of new show announces and onsales across all websites
Checking ticket links for presales / onsales for all Live Nation events
Weekly reporting on performance, content and purchases through our websites
Mentoring and developing the Digital Marketing Assistant – Websites
General website / app maintenance projects

Requirements

Meticulous - immaculate attention to detail
Highly organised – exceptional admin skills
Experience in fast-paced environment
Analytical – experience with Google Analytics preferred
Experience using content management systems essential
Confident communication – both written and verbal
Able to work weekends / evenings when necessary
