Job Summary

The role owns planning and delivering high-quality content across digital and print channels, maintains student-facing marketing pages, supports faculty recruitment priorities, and uses analytics to drive continuous improvement while coordinating content projects and acting as the primary marketing contact for departments.

Responsibilities

Planning, creating and delivering high-quality content across a range of digital and print marketing channels.
Maintaining, reviewing and optimising student-facing marketing channels, including course and subject pages, to improve the prospective student experience and support recruitment objectives.
Supporting the delivery of departmental marketing plans and wider Faculty recruitment priorities.
Monitoring and reporting on content and marketing performance, using insight and analytics to inform continuous improvement.
Building effective working relationships with academic departments and acting as a key marketing contact for stakeholders across the Faculty.
Coordinating content projects, including student and alumni profiles, photography, videography and campaign assets.
Supporting major Faculty and institutional marketing initiatives, campaigns and content development projects.

Requirements

Experience working in a marketing, communications or content role within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent copywriting and content development skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content for a range of audiences and channels.
Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience working within established brand guidelines and contributing to audience-focused marketing activity.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a complex organisation.
Experience using content management systems and digital marketing platforms.
An understanding of how content, digital channels and user experience can support student recruitment and engagement.
