Job Summary

Own end-to-end event planning and execution for national consumer events and dealer marketing, driving campaigns, content, CRM and cross-channel activations across Ducati UK while coordinating budgets, agencies and partner networks.

Lead events from planning to post-event analysis and reporting.
Drive dealer activation, campaign delivery and multi-channel content across website, email and social.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Events & activations: Coordinate national consumer events, exhibitions, motorcycle shows, track activities, customer experiences, dealer events and approved racing activations.
Prepare event plans, timelines, staffing arrangements, guest lists, ticketing and accreditation.
Coordinate motorcycles, branding, displays, suppliers, logistics and on-site operations.
Ensure appropriate insurance, security, risk assessments and health and safety arrangements are in place.
Review event performance, including attendance, leads, customer engagement and commercial results.
Dealer & trade marketing: Act as a key marketing contact for Ducati’s UK dealer network.
Support dealers with campaigns, creative assets, product launches, open days, ride-outs and lead-generation activity.
Review dealer marketing proposals and ensure activity reflects Ducati brand standards and commercial priorities.
Encourage participation in national campaigns and share best practice across the network.
Work with the sales team to support registrations, enquiries, test rides and product priorities.

Requirements

The successful individual will have relevant experience within event management, dealer or retail marketing, integrated campaigns or premium brand activation.
Strong event management and project coordination skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Good commercial awareness and an understanding of dealer, retail or network marketing.
Experience managing agencies, suppliers, budgets and multiple deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to build effective relationships with dealers, colleagues and external partners.
An understanding of CRM, lead generation, websites, social media and campaign delivery.
The ability to analyse performance information and communicate clear recommendations.
A calm and professional approach in fast-paced event environments.

Preferred

Experience within the motorcycle, automotive or premium consumer sector would be advantageous.
A keen interest in motorcycles, events and premium customer experiences would be advantageous.
Motorcycle licence desirable.
