Job Summary

Own the multi channel demand gen engine and tie every tactic to revenue, from briefing to closed won, while continuously testing and optimising across paid, email and content.

End to end demand generation: plan, build, report and optimise multi-channel campaigns that convert into pipeline and revenue.
Sales alignment and funnel measurement: ensure every stage is tracked, understood and optimised to impact revenue outcomes.
New initiatives and efficiency: launch scalable demand programs and use AI to improve go to market and reduce CAC.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Partnering with Sales to ensure every stage of the funnel is measured, understood and optimised. Enuring marketing activity directly correlates to revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities: Obsessing over your numbers - pipeline contribution, conversion rates and CAC, understanding what’s working, why, and where to optimise
Responsibilities: Leveraging AI tools to create internal efficiencies and improve go-to-market activity

Requirements: Has independently built and delivered demand generation campaigns with measurable commercial impact
Requirements: Has experience experimenting across multiple channels, both digital and offline
Requirements: Writes well - strong, audience-aware copy is a core part of this role, not an afterthought
Requirements: Understands marketing automation (HubSpot ideally, Salesforce a bonus) and uses data to make decisions
Requirements: Enjoys building things from scratch rather than simply maintaining what already exists
Requirements: Works effectively with Sales and understands the connection between marketing activity and revenue outcomes
Requirements: Is comfortable moving quickly, testing ideas and adapting based on results and learnings
Requirements: You are a revenue marketer at heart. You understand that marketing’s job isn’t done when a form is filled out -it’s done when revenue is closed
