Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

You will use your campaign and planning experience to support the Marketing Manager in the development and reporting of major campaigns.
You will also take ownership of select projects, monitoring against defined objectives.
You will be adept at communication and be comfortable liaising with media buyers, creative and digital agencies and stakeholders across a range of commercial areas.
You will have a creative flair and be responsible for the planning, copywriting, production, and distribution of effective promotional materials, content and digital assets.
You will also work closely with our content co-ordinator on campaign and newsletter material.
You will keep data at the heart of everything, whether that's campaign planning or reporting results back to key stakeholders.
You will also monitor the budget for select campaigns, raising purchase orders and processing invoices as required.
Alongside other members of the Marketing team, you will also be a central point of contact for Library colleagues, suppliers and partners, as well as external marketing enquiries.
