Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Group Marketing & Communications Strategy.
Create annual marketing plans and budgets across all brands.
Drive brand awareness, market share and commercial performance.
Monitor industry trends, guest behaviour and competitor activity.
Deliver measurable marketing return on investment and revenue contribution.
Act as brand guardian for Montcalm Collection, Inhabit Hotels and Park Grand Hotels.
Ensure consistency of visual identity, messaging and brand standards.
Lead brand development, repositioning and new hotel launch strategies.
Oversee all creative assets, photography, videography and brand collateral.
Ensure brand standards are maintained across all guest touchpoints.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive marketing and communications experience.
Minimum 3–5 years in a senior marketing leadership role within hospitality, luxury or lifestyle sectors.
Proven experience managing multi-property or multi-brand portfolios.
Strong understanding of hotel distribution, digital marketing and revenue generation.
Experience working with Marriott brands and franchise requirements is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial and analytical capability.
Experience managing agencies, media partners and external suppliers.
Proven budget management experience.
