Job Summary

Own the core digital marketing lifecycle across paid and organic channels, with a focus on PPC, SEO, and cross-functional collaboration to drive B2B leads and revenue signals.

Cross-channel Campaign Ownership: Plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel programs (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and SEO to boost qualified traffic.
Content and Site Optimisation: Manage WordPress content, landing pages, and SEO-ready UX to improve conversions.
Analytics and Sales Alignment: Use Google Analytics and Looker Studio to extract insights and partner with sales for lead nurturing and pipeline growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimise comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Create, manage and optimise digital lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn.
Maintain and update the company websites using WordPress, ensuring content is current, optimised for SEO, and user-friendly.
Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to generate insights and optimise future strategies.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Prepare reports on campaign performance using Looker Studio.
Collaborate with sales teams on B2B marketing strategies to generate leads and nurture client relationships through targeted campaigns.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of PPC
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines

Preferred

Experience in analysing data for insights that inform strategic decisions is highly desirable
Knowledge of B2B marketing practices combined with effective time management skills will be considered an advantage
