Stay updated on new formats and production techniques

Job Description

Responsibilities

Planning, filming and editing high-quality video content from start to finish.
Shooting confidently using DSLR/mirrorless and professional cinema camera systems.
Creating more spontaneous, dynamic content using iPhone and Android smartphones.
Producing content specifically designed for LinkedIn, YouTube and our training video platform.
Working with the marketing team to turn campaign ideas and briefs into engaging video concepts.
Taking ownership of productions including planning shots, lighting, audio, filming and post-production.
Editing short-form and long-form video content using professional editing software.
Colour correcting and grading footage to produce a consistent, professional finish.
Creating simple motion graphics, titles and visual effects where appropriate.
Repurposing longer productions into short-form clips and social content.

Requirements

DSLR/mirrorless or professional video camera operation.
Lenses, exposure, frame rates and camera settings.
Composition and visual storytelling.
Lighting for interviews and other productions.
Professional audio recording.
Video editing and post-production.
Preparing and exporting content for different platforms and formats.
Smartphone videography using iPhone and/or Android devices.
Experience with DaVinci Resolve and/or Avid Media Composer would be particularly valuable, as these are systems we currently use.
