Responsibilities

Reaching out to creators and getting them opted in to campaigns, using tools that automate the boring bits
Talking to influencers across several campaigns daily, mainly on Instagram, and building genuine relationships with them
Turning seeded creators into long-term ambassadors who post consistently
Spotting when a campaign is underperforming and doing something about it
Tracking KPIs and reporting to clients and senior management

Requirements

You've done some influencer work already. Seeding, gifting or paid influencer campaigns are ideal, whether at an agency or in-house
You genuinely like talking to people - you love to yap, and it shows in your DMs
You're a quick, clear communicator with sharp attention to detail
You're hungry. You want to learn fast, take ownership and help shape a growing agency
You're into Health and Wellness, and creator culture generally
Fluent written and spoken English
