Job Description

Responsibilities

Presenting short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and paid social advertisements
Appearing in competition launches, product demonstrations and promotional campaigns
Helping plan, film and develop original social media ideas
Producing informal behind-the-scenes, training and event-day content
Attending selected running, HYROX, fitness and community events as a representative of Performance Prizes
Speaking with competitors, customers, winners and members of the fitness community
Helping give the brand a consistent, energetic and recognisable social presence
Working with our founders and marketing team to turn competition ideas into engaging videos
Occasionally supporting live draws, winner announcements and other brand content
Keeping up with relevant fitness, running and social media trends

Requirements

Genuinely interested in fitness, running, HYROX or hybrid training
Comfortable and natural speaking directly to camera
Confident meeting people and representing a growing brand
Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok and other short-form video formats
Able to film clear, engaging content using a smartphone or camera
Creative enough to contribute ideas rather than waiting for a complete script
Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently
Willing to attend occasional evening or weekend events when agreed in advance
Based within reasonable travelling distance of Macclesfield or the wider North West
Aged 18 or over

Preferred

An existing engaged social media following would be an advantage
Previous experience as a content creator, presenter, personal trainer, fitness coach, athlete, event host or brand ambassador would be helpful, but it is not essential.
