Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social content pipeline for Performance Prizes by creating short-form videos, representing the brand at events, and collaborating with the marketing team on ideas and live content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Presenting short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and paid social advertisements
  • Appearing in competition launches, product demonstrations and promotional campaigns
  • Helping plan, film and develop original social media ideas
  • Producing informal behind-the-scenes, training and event-day content
  • Attending selected running, HYROX, fitness and community events as a representative of Performance Prizes
  • Speaking with competitors, customers, winners and members of the fitness community
  • Helping give the brand a consistent, energetic and recognisable social presence
  • Working with our founders and marketing team to turn competition ideas into engaging videos
  • Occasionally supporting live draws, winner announcements and other brand content
  • Keeping up with relevant fitness, running and social media trends

Requirements

  • Genuinely interested in fitness, running, HYROX or hybrid training
  • Comfortable and natural speaking directly to camera
  • Confident meeting people and representing a growing brand
  • Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok and other short-form video formats
  • Able to film clear, engaging content using a smartphone or camera
  • Creative enough to contribute ideas rather than waiting for a complete script
  • Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently
  • Willing to attend occasional evening or weekend events when agreed in advance
  • Based within reasonable travelling distance of Macclesfield or the wider North West
  • Aged 18 or over

Preferred

  • An existing engaged social media following would be an advantage
  • Previous experience as a content creator, presenter, personal trainer, fitness coach, athlete, event host or brand ambassador would be helpful, but it is not essential.
