Responsibilities

• Photography and videography across a wide range of client projects with a strong focus on videography
• Create short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Produce and edit video content specifically designed for paid advertising campaigns
• Attend client sites across Northern Ireland and Ireland to capture on-location content
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns
• Edit footage and images to a high standard using industry-standard software
• Manage your own time effectively and arrive to shoots punctually and prepared
• Work directly with clients on site, building rapport and managing the shoot professionally
• Deliver content to agreed timelines and brand guidelines
• Contribute ideas and creative direction across client campaigns

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, photography, and content creation with a strong portfolio of previous work
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling techniques
• Proficient in video and photo editing software — Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and best practices across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Experience editing content specifically for paid social media advertising
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients in a professional manner
• Strong knowledge of video and photo production techniques including lighting, composition, and audio
• Excellent time management skills and reliability — punctuality is non-negotiable
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
