ABOUT US:

We’re a creative video production company in Shoreditch, East London, with a team of 20 remarkably talented individuals who bring our branded projects to life.

We’ve created thousands of videos around the world, with everyone from start-ups to globally recognised retailers and icons such as RedBull, LEGO, Lululemon, Fujifilm, & Adobe. We specialise in creating digital-first, social-first content for brands, from TikTok videos to Netflix documentaries.

THE ROLE

As a Video Editor at Perspective Pictures, you’ll take ownership of projects from brief to delivery, collaborating with directors, producers, and creatives along the way. You’ll have opportunities to step up, lead the edit on key projects, and flex both your technical and storytelling muscles.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your editing and narrative storytelling skills across social, branded, and long-form formats.
  • Solid understanding of digital-first content creation and platform-specific formats (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, etc).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Experience with DaVinci Resolve and 3D softwares.
  • A keen eye for quality control and detail.
  • Up to date with creative trends, editing styles, and new tools in AI and video.
  • Confident working independently, including setting up your own tech, backups, and file structures.
  • Experience working in LucidLink, Frame.io, Slack, Google Drive, Parsec, or similar tools.
  • Highly organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple timelines without breaking a sweat.
  • Strong communication skills, you’re comfortable liaising directly with clients and contributing in meetings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-to-end ownership of post-production for assigned projects.
  • Collaborating with in-house and remote creatives, directors, and producers.
  • Leading edits, giving creative input, and stepping up when needed to guide projects.
  • Attending and contributing to client meetings and edit sessions.
  • Regularly updating the wider team with project developments, timelines, and challenges.
  • Quality control, ensuring everything is tight, on-brand, and pixel-perfect.
