Job Summary

Own brand activation and trade marketing across GB and Ireland, turning strategy into shopper and in-store experiences while aligning with sales and digital teams to improve ROI on retailer activity.

  • Brand activation leadership across multiple channels and partners to translate strategy into trade plans.
  • Collaborate with retailers and internal teams to plan promotions and optimize the customer journey online and in-store.
  • Manage ROI on retailer activity, displays, digital activation, and promotional spend to protect premium positioning.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will lead the Brand Activation team across GB and Ireland.
  • In close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Digital teams, you translate marketing and sales strategy into trade and shopper marketing plans
  • In partnership with retail partners and internal teams, you plan promotional activity that improves the customer journey across online and in-store touchpoints
  • With a focus on commercial performance, you evaluate return on investment across retailer marketing activity, displays, digital activation and promotional investment
  • In collaboration with business-to-business Sales Directors and key account teams, you support annual promotional planning with major retail partners
  • Through clear briefs and close teamwork, you guide the creation and localisation of digital content, print materials and campaign assets for customer touchpoints, events and retail activity
  • Across all shopper and trade marketing activity, you protect Miele’s brand guidelines and premium positioning while supporting engaging customer communications

Requirements

  • Extensive demonstrable experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, brand activation or sales marketing within a premium, luxury or consumer-focused environment
  • Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to connect customer insight, retailer needs and business performance
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, present ideas and build effective relationships across teams and external partners
  • Broad digital marketing knowledge, including campaign management, social media, performance marketing, ecommerce, customer relationship marketing or content development
  • A customer-first mindset, with the ability to support premium brand experiences across multiple touchpoints
  • A relevant marketing qualification or equivalent practical experience that supports strong strategic and executional marketing work
