Job Summary

Own end-to-end commercial events and integrated activations, aligning planning, delivery, and reporting across Radio, Outdoor, Global Studios, and DAX to drive measurable ROI and brand impact.

  • Lead planning and delivery of client-facing events, hosted experiences, and internal launches with cross-functional teams.
  • Own budgets, timelines, supplier engagement, and ROI analysis to translate learnings into future campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Design to ensure on-brand, high-standard delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and Roadmap (25%) – Shaping an events and activation plan that brings Global’s commercial story to life across Radio, Outdoor, Global Studios and DAX in a way that feels creative, clear and compelling
  • Planning and Roadmap (25%) – A clear plan to service different audience and market segments
  • Planning and Roadmap (25%) – Supporting the Commercial Marketing Lead in communications and negotiations with external suppliers and events
  • Project Management & Delivery (50%) – Ownership of work streams or e2e activations themselves - from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, stakeholders and outputs stay on track
  • Project Management & Delivery (50%) – Lead the planning and delivery of client-facing events, hosted experiences, trade activity and internal Sales launches
  • Project Management & Delivery (50%) – Work closely with Commercial Design, Communications, the wider Marketing and Sales teams to deliver joined-up activity
  • Project Management & Delivery (50%) – Manage multiple projects and work streams at once, balancing deadlines, budgets and stakeholder feedback
  • Project Management & Delivery (50%) – Support with securing and managing Talent at events, including
  • Administration & Reporting (25%) – ROI analysis: Agree clear objectives and success measures upfront, track campaign and event performance, pull together commercial results and insights to share

Requirements

  • Experience in Commercial or Trade Marketing, B2B marketing or events
  • Confidence in your project management skillset with outstanding organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience delivering events, activations or campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity and last-minute adjustments to the plan
  • Strong written communication skills across presentations and event invites and comms
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with different points of view and keep projects moving at pace
  • A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and confidence working with a range of teams and seniority levels
  • Comfortable working with budgets, timelines, reporting and campaign administration
  • A strong interest in media, advertising and how brands connect with audiences
  • Experience across Radio, Outdoor, Podcasts, Video or Digital media is a bonus but not essential
