Campaign ownership: end-to-end TikTok Shop campaigns across front and back end.
Affiliate strategy: recruit and onboard partners and coordinate creator collaborations.
Performance mindset: monitor, analyse, and translate data into scale actions.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Manage TikTok Shop campaigns end-to-end (front & back-end). - Recruit, onboard & support TikTok Shop affiliates. - Monitor, analyse & report on Shop performance. - Spot trends & apply strategic thinking to scale results. 🧠 - Work both independently & as part of our team. - Coordinate with creators & negotiate partnerships. Requirements - TikTok Shop management experience (affiliate + back-end) - Livestreams are a plus! - Strong reporting & analytical skills. - Organised, detail-oriented & strategic thinker. - Confident communicator with creators & clients. - Proactive, adaptable & a fast learner who thinks outside the box - Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to get the job done outside the regular 9-5. Nice-to-have - Livestreams are a plus!
