Job Summary

Own the video storytelling engine for a food brand, managing end-to-end production from concept to final cut and distributing across social paid and organic channels to drive awareness and acquisition.

  • Video execution ownership: craft and optimize social video for brand presence and funnel impact.
  • End-to-end production: concepting, shooting, editing, graphics, and delivery for quick turnaround.
  • Studio and field execution: in-house shoots, on-site location work with farmers and makers, and on-brand storytelling under strict guidelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the video storytelling engine across social channels to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition with engaging video creative (paid and organic).
  • Lead end-to-end video production from concepting and storyboard to shoot, styling direction, capture, editing, graphics, music, and upload.
  • Shoot and edit short-form vertical content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form YouTube content for internal comms.
  • Turn content plans into a steady stream of posts by catching trends, seasonal shifts, and timely insights.
  • Uphold brand guidelines while delivering social-native videos that feel native to each platform.
  • Respond to briefs and proactively spot storytelling opportunities for the brand.
  • Keep the in-house studio running smoothly, from equipment to on-site shoot support and food prep during busy days.
  • Visit farmers and makers to capture stories, even on long days.
  • Act as an ambassador for B Corp values, ensuring social and environmental impact guides decisions.

Requirements

  • Portfolio that showcases filming and editing short-form video for social media and how trends influence execution.
  • Social media native with pulse on formats and latest trends.
  • Self-starter who delivers briefs on time and runs shoots independently.
  • Collaborative, brings out the best in others on camera.
  • Direct and shoot videos in studio and on location.
  • High quality filming and editing skills.
  • Ability to create GIFs, stop motion, and simple animations.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro knowledge.
  • Solid knowledge of equipment and lighting.
  • Food video production experience preferred.
