Responsibilities

• Develop and host engaging live streams, videos, and short-form content in English and Punjabi/Hindi that captivate viewers and promote brand messaging.
• Collaborate with the social media management team to plan content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and trending topics.
• Interact actively with followers during live sessions, responding to comments, questions, and feedback to foster community engagement.
• Utilize public relations skills to build positive relationships with viewers, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand reputation.
• Manage social media accounts by posting regularly, monitoring analytics, and adjusting content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform features, and cultural nuances to keep content fresh, relevant, and culturally sensitive.
• Assist in coordinating promotional events or campaigns that require live hosting or content creation to boost audience participation.

Requirements

• Experience as a social media presenter, host, or influencer with a strong portfolio of live or recorded content.
• Excellent command of both English and Punjabi/Hindi languages with clear diction and engaging speaking skills.
• Strong understanding of social media management tools and platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or similar channels.
• Exceptional public relations skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that align with brand goals.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

• Previous experience in multicultural or bilingual settings is highly desirable.
