Job Summary

Own core marketing operations across multiple brands, aligning content, digital channels, and external partnerships to drive growth and lead generation.

  • Growth & Content Engine: Plan and execute cross-brand content, campaigns, and materials to generate inquiries and engagement.
  • Brand & Digital Presence: Maintain website and ensure consistent branding across all Sheridan brands to support growth initiatives.
  • Performance & Partnerships: Monitor analytics, optimize PPC/SEO, and coordinate with agencies to maximize leads and impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage all company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Plan, create and schedule engaging content across all brands
  • Oversee and update company websites
  • Manage PPC campaigns including Google Ads and paid social advertising
  • Monitor website traffic, SEO performance and digital analytics
  • Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate photography, videography and branding content
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth
  • Maintain brand consistency across all companies
  • Generate new ideas and campaigns to increase leads and engagement

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of PPC advertising and Google Ads
  • Experience managing websites and CMS platforms
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • Good understanding of SEO and analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred

  • Experience within construction, property or trade industries
  • Graphic design experience
  • Photography/video editing skills
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
