Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and TikTok.
  • Create captivating content including posts, stories, videos, and graphics that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly to foster community interaction.
  • Support the planning and execution of online campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to track performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to maintaining positive public relations by engaging with influencers, partners, and online communities.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously enhance our digital presence.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in managing social media accounts or creating digital content.
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of public relations principles and strategies is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
