  • Optimise against core KPIs such as cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rate and lead-quality indicators.
  • Manage prospecting and retargeting audiences, exclusions and funnel segmentation to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor performance daily and make timely, data-led changes to stabilise and improve results.
  • Run a structured programme of creative testing across angles, hooks and formats, and turn performance insights into clear briefs for creative resources.
  • Maintain strong tracking and attribution hygiene across events, Meta Pixel and Conversions API where applicable, UTMs and landing-page signals.

  • Own reporting for campaign pacing, spend, CPL/CPA, trends and test outcomes.
  • Provide clear daily and weekly performance updates to the Head of Digital, explaining what changed, why it changed and what happens next.

Requirements

  • Two to four years of hands-on experience managing Meta paid social campaigns end to end.
  • Clear evidence of managing Meta ad spend of £50,000 or more per month.
  • A proven record of running and scaling performance-led lead-generation campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including objectives, optimisation events, placements, budgeting and bidding approaches.
  • The ability to own performance numbers and turn them into actions without relying on analysts for day-to-day interpretation.
  • Confidence working in a fast-moving, commercially focused environment with daily optimisation expectations.
  • Clear stakeholder communication, strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to targets.

Preferred
