Responsibilities

• Support with managing social media platforms, such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms producing exciting content and engaging with customers.
• Create relevant and engaging content through working with the wider teams.
• Manage a content plan and scheduling calendar
• Support with marketing events and promotional aspects
• Liaising with customers and visitors
• Support with marketing and administration tasks, such as events, and promotional materias such as trails and activities.
• Work directly with Directors, Marketing, Graphics and Onsite Teams regarding promotions
• Assisting with other areas of the business as and when required.

Requirements

• Social media and marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organised and methodical
• Team player who strives to motivate and inspire others
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, be proactive and creative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Social Media or Marketing: 2 years (required)
