- Content Creation: Produce platform-native social content with on-device shooting and editing.
- Community & Conversation: Manage day-to-day engagement and conversations for multiple clients.
- Strategy & Growth: Work with partners to spot trends and scale opportunities to build brand fame.
- Scheduling & Optimisation: Schedule content at optimal frequencies, analyze performance, and drive channel development.
- Collaboration: Partner with influencer, marketing, and client services teams to develop UGC opportunities and nurture client relationships.
