Responsibilities

• Your work will play a key part in wider client strategies , and you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a bigger position within a full-service agency.
• By the end of probation, we’d expect you to be handling your responsibilities confidently, communicating with clients directly, and delivering strong paid and organic social media work without assistance.
• All team members are expected to support in other areas of the business where required to support the team.

Requirements

• Based in or near Milton Keynes
• Confidence in your abilities and be able to lead conversations to get the right outcomes
• At least 2 years’ practical experience in a marketing agency
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Strong video and image editing skills using Canva, CapCut and similar
• The ability to manage client accounts confidently, or be close to doing so
• Hands-on experience managing paid Meta ads (not a must)
• Marketing: minimum 2 years (required)
• Driving Licence (required)
• Work Location: In person (hybrid initially)
