Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media channels, including text posts, images, videos, and live sessions.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience insights to optimize content performance and adapt strategies proactively.
  • Manage daily social media activities such as scheduling posts, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers authentically.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and creative to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign integration.
  • Track key performance metrics using analytics tools; prepare reports to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
  • Maintain a positive online community by managing interactions professionally and swiftly addressing any issues or feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms’ features, algorithms, and best practices for growth and engagement.
  • Strong skills in public relations to manage brand reputation and foster positive relationships with audiences.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data insights and translate them into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social is preferred.
