• Monitor live interactions to ensure a positive experience, addressing any issues promptly and professionally
• Manage social media accounts by scheduling live events and tracking viewer engagement metrics
• Maintain a professional on-camera presence that aligns with brand voice and values

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a lively, confident delivery style
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram Live, Facebook Live, TikTok, or YouTube Live
• Ability to think quickly on your feet and adapt to live audience interactions seamlessly
• Passion for engaging audiences and creating entertaining, informative content
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling for live broadcasts
• Basic technical skills related to streaming equipment and internet connectivity are advantageous
