Job Summary

Own social media led lead generation and booking funnel across multiple brands with CRM powered follow through.

  • Social channel ownership: build and optimize a cross brand lead gen and enquiry-to-appointment flow.
  • Measurement and optimization: track KPIs, bookings and conversion rates to grow revenue and occupancy.
  • CRM & operations: manage GoHighLevel and align with booking teams for weekly growth actions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement social media strategies focused on generating leads and bookings
  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts across multiple brands
  • Coordinate content creation and ensure content is designed to generate enquiries
  • Analyse content performance and identify what drives the highest number of leads and bookings
  • Manage and respond to social media enquiries and direct messages
  • Contact warm leads and assist in converting enquiries into appointments
  • Manage and update GoHighLevel CRM
  • Track KPIs, lead generation, booking performance and conversion rates
  • Create promotions, campaigns and marketing initiatives designed to increase revenue
  • Work closely with our booking teams to maximise studio occupancy
