• Planning and managing our annual marketing calendar.
• Creating engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Filming and editing videos that showcase our people, culture and expertise.
• Organising networking events within our office for local businesses and professionals.
• Managing and developing relationships with the local football clubs, charities and community organisations we support.
• Planning and delivering larger-scale events, including our annual Charity Ball and other community-focused events.
• Attending local events and sponsorship opportunities to capture content and strengthen the Bridges brand.
• Working closely with every department to create campaigns that educate, engage and inspire our audience.
• Bringing fresh ideas that continue to grow our reputation within the local community.

• Previous experience in social media, marketing or events is important.
