Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Virtue Vets' social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Create engaging social content including reels, carousels, stories, graphics, and short-form videos.
• Edit and produce video content for social media, paid advertising, and website use.
• Design marketing materials for both digital and print campaigns.
• Maintain and update website content, imagery, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Create assets for paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
• Capture content in clinics, including photography and video footage.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, creativity, and content output.
• Monitor content performance and continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video content.
• Proven experience creating content for social media growth and engagement.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent).
• Experience with video editing, motion graphics, captions, and short-form content.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer psychology, and content performance.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and execute projects from concept to completion.
• Comfortable using AI tools to create content more efficiently.

Preferred

• Experience managing paid social media campaigns.
• Experience updating websites (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar platforms).
• Photography and videography skills.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, luxury, or pet-related brands.
