Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for clients, mostly over WhatsApp, keeping relationships warm and responses quick
• Coordinating shoot days between videographers and clients, and making sure every client's weekly content is in hand
• Writing captions with AI, then scheduling and posting content across multiple accounts through our platform
• Running client sign-offs and double-checking scheduled posts before they go live
• Creating simple, sharp graphics in Canva or Illustrator
• Pitching video ideas that generate views and hit client goals
• Sending monthly content recaps clients actually want to read
• Spotting issues early: a post that failed, a client gone quiet, footage running low
• Fully remote, with some in-person client meetings, so you'll need to be in Banbury or the surrounding area
• Minimum 80 hours per month, averaging 100, moving into full time

Requirements

• Charismatic and outgoing, the kind of person people warm to fast
• Seriously organised. You work to daily and weekly checklists and nothing slips through
• Detail-obsessed. You're the last set of eyes before content goes live
• Already using AI in your workflow (or itching to). It's part of the daily job here, not a buzzword
• A quick thinker who multitasks across accounts without dropping balls
• Familiar with Meta Ads (a bonus, not a dealbreaker)
