Own the social content engine for a professional services firm, owning social strategy, production, and governance across platforms, with strong emphasis on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, and ROI through engagement and audience growth.

  • Social Content & Publishing: Plan, produce and publish high quality social content aligned to firm priorities.
  • Paid Social Management: Optimise LinkedIn campaigns to maximise performance and value for money.
  • Performance & Insights: Track channel performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strategy & Governance: Create best practice guidance, templates and training, and build a robust approvals process.
  • Platform & Tools: Manage Sprout Social, LinkedIn Business Manager and employee advocacy tools to maximise features.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Advise international Sales and Marketing on social projects and best practice.
  • Content Production Quality: Produce content for campaigns, employer branding and firm initiatives.
  • Crisis & Reputation: Monitor sentiment and manage crisis responses as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Develop workflows (e.g. monday.com) to boost productivity and collaboration.
  • Growth & ROI: Drive measurable growth in engagement, audience size and ROI.
