Job Description
As a Project Manager at Siemens Energy, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities. You'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. From planning and risk management to financial oversight and stakeholder communication, you'll play a pivotal role in driving project success.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Spearhead the technical and commercial success of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximising revenue opportunities
- Foster strong customer relationships, actively gathering requirements and managing expectations
- Identify and mitigate risks, implementing strategies for issue resolution and opportunity capitalisation
- Lead cross-functional teams, delegating responsibilities and providing coaching and mentorship
- A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with APMP professional qualification or certification by PM@Siemens/Siemens Energy Assessment Board
- Extensive knowledge of instrumentation, DCS systems, electrical switchgear, and power generation technologies
- Proven experience in managing complex Energy Sector projects, with a track record of successful cost control and profit maximisation
- Proficiency in project management processes, tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Project), and financial risk management
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalisation of the fleet.
