Job Summary

Own and scale Jordan Brand’s culture partnerships by identifying and engaging culture movers and originators, creating moments and platforms that unite subcultures with X-Sport narratives, and translating community insights into measurable campaigns in London and beyond.

  • Owns culture partnerships and community engagement across fashion, streetwear, sport, and music.
  • Leads seeding campaigns and relationship management with key cultural catalysts; aligns partnerships with brand strategy.
  • Gathers sub-cultural intelligence to inform product, retail, and marketing directions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Energize X-Sport opportunities as a Culture Mover; driving programming, community access, campaign protagonists, and amplification. Some relationships evolve into global voices, brand ambassadors, long-term collaborators, or future franchises.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with culture movers, agitators, and originators across fashion, streetwear, and sport; keeping them close to Jordan Brand developments and partnership opportunities, with brand representation protocols upheld throughout.
  • Take a bottoms-up approach to identify the designers, artists, creative thinkers, and retailers shaping our consumer in real time.
  • Create moments, platforms, and spaces that bring Agitators and Culture Movers together; through the lens of White Spaces (Fashion, Streetwear, Design, Music, Art) or X-Sport narratives.
  • Drive an impactful seeding offense; servicing our Culture Mover network to build product desirability across Agitator, Originator, and Mainstream consumers on key Jordan footwear and apparel priorities.
  • Mine sub-cultural intelligence from Culture Mover and Agitator communities; surfacing trends before they hit traditional research, and feeding consumer muses, product design, retail experience, and marketing strategy.
  • Organize and manage assigned projects and events, serving as community liaison; connecting Jordan employees and partners with the insight and intelligence that bridges brand strategy and culture.

Requirements

  • Deep passion for fashion, streetwear, sport, art, music, and both subculture and pop culture
  • Good knowledge of Keynote and social media applications including Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok
