Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Account Ownership
Own day-to-day client relationships
Lead onboarding and define ways of working
Manage 3–4 core accounts + support across others
Spot risks, challenges, and growth opportunities
Commercial Growth & Proactivity
Own Scope of Work, budgets, and delivery
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Lead proposals, presentations, and proactive ideas
Content & Production Leadership

Requirements

3+ years in a social / digital / creative agency
Strong organic social and content expertise
Experience managing multiple accounts + production workflows
Confident with creators, contracts, and usage rights
Comfortable leading clients and mentoring teams
Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
Obsessed with social, culture, and what’s next
