Own the delivery of local marketing initiatives that increase awareness, drive guest traffic and strengthen our presence within local communities. Build and nurture relationships with landlords, Business Improvement Districts (BIDs), universities, charities, local businesses and community organisations. Lead the planning and execution of community events, collaborations, pop-ups and hyper-local activations from concept through to delivery. Deliver creative experiences including run clubs, sporting partnerships, student activity, dog events and neighbourhood collaborations that reinforce the Shake Shack brand. Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results and recommend improvements to maximise future impact. Manage Shack-specific offers and promotional partnerships across platforms including student programmes, landlord initiatives and local discount schemes. Support planning and execution of community events, collaborations, and pop-ups. Curate and deliver fun, hyper-local events and activations (e.g. padel club, dog days, run clubs etc.) that bring the community into the Shack experience. Support reporting following community events, collaborations and pop-ups, as well as hyper-local events and activations. Research and identify local marketing opportunities that drive brand visibility and sales. Manage Shack-specific offers and discounts (e.g. student platforms like UniDays, Emergency Workers, landlord apps/websites), keeping listings updated and consistent. Support insights reporting on Shack-specific offers and discounts, to support business performance.
  • Sales-driving Activities You'll help ensure marketing activity translates into commercial results. Deliver local campaigns that support sales growth and guest acquisition. Identify opportunities to improve performance across individual Shacks through targeted marketing activity. Partner with Operations teams to understand local trading opportunities and challenges. Develop Shack-specific campaigns, offers and activations that encourage repeat visits and increase footfall. Analyse campaign performance and use insight to continually optimise future activity.
  • Menu & Systems Management You'll own the successful delivery of every menu launch across the UK business. Lead on Limited Time Menu (LTO) launches and changeovers, ensuring all digital and physical menu assets (delivery platforms, kiosks, digital boards, in-Shack menus) are updated accurately and on time. Conduct audits of digital and physical menu assets to ensure consistency and accuracy. Work with supply chain and allergen teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. Liaise with agencies, printers, and design partners to manage timelines and approvals. Lead the end-to-end execution of Limited Time Offers and menu launches across every guest-facing platform. Ensure kiosks, digital menu boards, delivery platforms, websites and printed menus are updated accurately and on schedule. Champion menu accuracy through regular audits across all digital and physical channels. Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Allergen teams to ensure compliance and consistency. Manage agencies, designers and print suppliers to deliver marketing assets on time and to the highest standard.
  • New Shack Openings Support pre-opening marketing, menu and system setup, and launch events. Every new Shack opening is a major moment for our business—and you'll help make each one unforgettable. Own marketing delivery for new Shack openings across the UK. Coordinate launch activity, opening events, community engagement and marketing assets. Ensure every guest touchpoint reflects the Shake Shack brand from day one. Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver seamless opening experiences. Assist with Artist collaborations for each opening.
  • Campaigns & Activations You'll play a key role in delivering our annual marketing calendar. Execute national campaigns including Limited Time Offers, seasonal promotions and partnership launches. Coordinate campaign delivery across outdoor advertising, delivery platforms, digital channels and in-Shack communications. Manage artwork production and signage while maintaining exceptional brand standards. Capture learnings, evaluate performance and identify opportunities to improve future campaigns.
