Responsibilities

• Own link acquisition strategy and delivery for a portfolio of clients, including the agency's more complex or high-profile accounts
• Lead collaboration with the content and strategy teams to create compelling campaigns and outreach narratives
• Take end-to-end ownership of the outreach process, from ideation through to media list building, press release creation, and follow-ups
• Share link-building performance and insights with the SEO team to inform wider organic strategy
• Line-manage and support junior Digital PR staff with day-to-day outreach and campaign delivery, including quality control and feedback
• Monitor and build brand mentions to support both traditional SEO and emerging AI search environments
• Identify and secure brand placements in communities and forums to build organic visibility and trust
• Lead on reporting for links acquired, coverage achieved, and organic impact, including insights and recommendations
• Communicate directly with clients, leading quarterly PR and outreach strategy presentations
• Take a leading role in new business pitches and proposals

Requirements

• 3-4+ years' experience in Digital PR or Outreach (agency or in-house), including experience managing or mentoring others
• Strong track record of delivering and leading successful link-building campaigns
• Advanced familiarity with tools like Moz, Majestic, Ahrefs, BuzzStream, Gorkana, and ResponseSource
• Proven experience building brand mentions and links through non-traditional routes such as forums, Reddit, Quora, and online communities
• Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, especially in relation to links and organic visibility
• Excellent copywriting and media liaison skills
• Highly organised, with experience managing multiple clients, campaigns and junior PR staff simultaneously
