Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels
• Lead the design and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and target audience needs
• Manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the production of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and other Office tools
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign development and improve marketing effectiveness
• Supervise junior team members, providing guidance on design concepts, project management, and communication strategies
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize digital platforms and ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, utilizing analysis skills to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing or design roles, preferably within B2B (business-to-business) environments
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing projects or teams
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and IT tools relevant to marketing activities
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of analysis techniques for evaluating campaign success and customer engagement
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and time management best practices
