Job Description

Own end-to-end measurement implementations across web and mobile, translating complex specs into scalable tracking and business-ready insights.

  • Drive high-impact technical implementations: Lead end-to-end tracking initiatives across web, app, and server environments. You’ll design scalable data architectures, remove blockers, and deliver robust measurement setups using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, Tealium, and more.
  • Build clarity from complexity: Turn messy specs and business questions into structured, actionable measurement plans. You’ll make sure tracking isn’t just accurate; it’s aligned with real goals and easy to activate.
  • Own delivery excellence: Define and uphold implementation standards across clients. You’ll spot inefficiencies, raise the quality bar, and help the team scale with smarter workflows instead of more meetings.
  • Mentor, challenge, improve: Support junior team members, drive a culture of curiosity and experimentation, and bring energy to pushing our practice forward. You’ll be a voice of quality, impact, and technical confidence.
  • Collaborate across disciplines: You’ll work closely with media, marketing, dev, and data teams, both internally and client-side, to deliver integrated solutions that connect measurement to results.
  • Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in technical analytics implementation across web and/or mobile.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and connect technical solutions to business value.
  • Comfortable working with tag managers, data layers, server-side tracking, and APIs.
  • Clear, confident communicator; equally comfortable with marketers and engineers.
  • Problem-solver with a bias for clarity, action, and measurable impact.
  • Curious, collaborative, and motivated to level up what “good” looks like in analytics.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Benefits: An intense learning environment where you will be able to grow and develop your skills and passions alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
  • A culture that is built on collaboration, trust and innovation. We value having fun together - that’s why we also have regular afterworks, team events and a yearly festival.
  • Transparent salary setting, you can find all our salary bands in our Handbook - this role is an L3 role within the Analytics column. Check it out!
  • 30 days paid leave, flexible public holidays, parental pay, a solid pension scheme and key insurances. Or different offices also offer different perks such as massage, health care contributions, free book orders, healthy snacks & great coffee, EAP programs and your choice of PC or Mac.
  • A diverse environment with a high focus on inclusion and belonging. We speak over 27 native languages around Precis and our internal inclusion score is 4.3 out of 5.
